PhD in Leadership and Organizational Behavior from Henley Business School, Executive-in-Residence teaching leadership at the Colorado School of Mines, Fulbright Scholar, and Fulbright Professor of Labor, Management, and Leadership at Belarus State Economic University.

Eisenhower support unit; Executive Officer Joint NATO Base Keflavik, Iceland support unit; Commanding Officer (CO) Nuclear Aircraft Carrier Support Unit Northeast (CVNE); Special Assistant to N78, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Captain Bedker concluded his Naval Reserve Service with a major command, Commanding Officer, Headquarters Unit, Force Protection, and Security, Atlantic.

Dr. Bedker’s Fulbright Scholar award provided for his Fulbright to include leadership support to U.S. Embassy Minsk. This support was highlighted by Dr. Bedker showcasing NATO’s role and alliance building at the prequel to war between Russia and Ukraine.
