Captain Bedker concluded his Naval Reserve Service with a major command, Commanding Officer, Headquarters Unit, Force Protection, and Security, Atlantic.
Dr. Bedker’s Fulbright Scholar award provided for his Fulbright to include leadership support to U.S. Embassy Minsk. This support was highlighted by Dr. Bedker showcasing NATO’s role and alliance building at the prequel to war between Russia and Ukraine.
