The Dr. John Bedker Leadership Podcast brings current events and historical events to the listener’s attention. The focus of this attention is on leadership. Today, more than ever, leadership is critical in our turbulent world. Often overlooked, and often not the focus of attention, leadership is key and critical. And, this is to say leaders are key and critical.

This podcast is a forum for leaders. A place where leaders and leadership competency, or the lack thereof, are brought to the listener’s attention. Dr. Bedker’s grounding definition is that leadership is about “doing the right thing”. Simple to say, but often difficult to do. The core of the Dr. John Bedker Leadership Podcast is to tell the stories of those who have met the challenge of leadership, the challenge to “do the right thing”, and also, to share the stories of those who have not. We learn from each.
