John’s formal leadership training began at the United States Naval Academy where he received his B.S., majoring in Analytical Management. Following graduation, he went to the U.S. Navy Flight School and became a Navy Pilot. He received his master’s (ALM) at Harvard University majoring in Government and Economics. John later went to England, University of Reading, and Henley Business School, for his doctorate (PhD) where he attained subject matter expertise in Leadership and Organizational Behavior.
